Agree. It does exist. It's a BofA corporate location. Atm in doors near the flag poles.
Pretty much everything you'd expect in an ATM.
I gave never seen an ATM here before. Even if there is one here it won't be here long as the bank of America facility is likely to leave town very soon.
If there was geocaching for ATMs this would be a challenging one. It took me 30 minutes and a gallon of gas to find, but it's there. Two joggers and a worker at the facility (what is that place?) pointed me in the right direction. I will go to great lengths to avoid paying the non-BoA $3 fee.
Don't bother. It's not there anymore. Building was empty and locked.
