I stopped here to pick up a flower for a friend I hadn't seen in at least a year. As you can see . . . she loved it. The ladies at Holmes were very helpful in making my choice of flower, a single white rose. Later in the day, as I made my way back home, I stopped again to buy a small gift for my wife and sister. They helped me pick out two very nice flowering house plants. The cost was very reasonable and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. My friend took a picture of the rose I gave her hours later and because of their meticulous preparation of my purchase, knowing it was to travel, it actually continued to bloom.

Best customer service I've ever received, year after year. I live in WA and I call on Holmes every year for Mother's Day, my Mom's birthday and Christmas. They go above and beyond to assure my Mother receives something special from me each and every time. They even stop and pick up a special carrot cake for her every year on her birthday which is not even something they offer, but they do it for her every year anyway. There was even one occasion that she wasn't at work like she was supposed to be which is just down the street from them. Instead of just leaving it there or taking it back to their shop, they called me and then delivered it to her at home, which was 30 minutes away. Being so far away from my mother on special occasions is hard but knowing that they go above and beyond every time to make sure my Mom is celebrated is something I can't put a price on. You will never find a more caring staff to cater to the important people in your life. I am a loyal customer forever!!
My husband ordered flowers over the website for his Mother on Mothers Day a few weeks back. We found a nice arrangement pictured on the website, ordered it with an upgrade & then when we saw the arrangement she received we were disappointed to say the least. The flowers did not resemble the online arrangement nor did the quality of flower display meet my expectations. Any grocery store would or could have provided a better bouquet. We tried contacting the company directly to express our concerns. No response after several weeks. They will no longer have our business. So much for shopping local.
