It would be a good place to eat if they had more waiting staff to handle all of the customers.

I have been here twice now, the food is pretty good, but the service? You are going to wait 10 minutes before being noticed (seat yourself), and then both times i was here I had to ask for my check because after 20 minutes and watching my waitress run by me 6 times, I got fed up and took matters into my own hands.
Rollie's is a very comfortable local watering hole. If you would like to get the feel for relaxed life in Belfast, Maine, stop in for drinks and a meal. The food is good, the prices are fair, and the beer and drink selection is very good. If you're searching for "fine" cuisine, Rollie's is probably not your spot; if you're in the mood to get a full tummy, Rollie's is your place. With regard to the service, I found the waitresses to be attentive and warm. If you're in a hurry or ready to whine (like some previous reviewers), Rollie's is not your spot. Warning: Rollie's is a very pro-Boston sports bar. Boston games of any type are shown on multiple screens in high volume (sound). The bar obviously becomes more crowded on game days (Sat. and Sun.); therefore service slows down a bit. I'm from So. Cal. and really enjoyed the feel of the bar. That said, unless you're a diehard Yankees fan, Rollie's is a perfect stop for any thirsty traveler.
Was very Busy and not enough help. Had to sit patiently for about 15 minutes before a waitress came up to our table. But the Food is amazing and the Beer is good !!!
Customer service could be improved. We sat at the bar for probably 10-15 minutes before someone asked us what we would like to drink. Same thing when trying to cash out- we had to chase down our server. Other than that the food was good and the beer selection is nice. The servers were polite just could be more aware.
